Content analysis

 

1g of dry sample obtained by "dry weight loss" method was accurately weighed and dissolved in 50ml water in a weighing flask with one plug. After adding 2 drops of methyl red test solution (ts-149), the solution was slowly titrated with 1mol/L hydrochloric acid under constant agitation until it turned pale pink. Heat the solution until it boils and then cool. Continue titrating until the light pink color no longer disappears after boiling. 1mol/L of hydrochloric acid per mL is equivalent to 69.10mg of potassium carbonate (K2CO3).

 

 

Quality index analysis:

 

 

1. Arsenic: 1g of the sample was carefully dissolved in about 5ml dilute hydrochloric acid solution (ts-117), which was used as the sample solution and determined by gt-3 method.

 

 

2. Heavy metal: 1g of the sample was taken, 2ml water and 6ml dilute hydrochloric acid solution (ts-117) were added, boiled for 1min, and diluted with water to 25ml. The sample solution was determined by gt-16 method. Use A reference solution (solution A) containing 20 g of lead ions.

 

 

3. Water-insoluble substances: 1g of the sample is dissolved in 20ml water, and there should be no residue left.

 

 

4. Lead: 1g of the sample was carefully dissolved in about 5ml dilute hydrochloric acid solution, which was used as the sample solution. The amount of lead ions in the control solution was determined as 10 g by gt-18 method.

 

 

5. Drying weight loss: accurately weigh the sample about 3g, and determine it according to gt-19 method. Conditions for dry 4 h under 180 ℃.

The rubber industry is used to manufacture 4010 anti-aging agents. Wool ramie cotton industry used for cotton cooking and wool degreasing.

Potash is mainly used in the production of potassium glass, potash soap and other inorganic chemicals, as well as for the removal of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in industrial gases, but also used in welding rods, ink manufacturing, printing and dyeing industry.
